Role overview

Job Summary

We are now seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to join our team based within our Saudi Arabia Office.

Responsibilities;

• Assisting in the consolidation of RC AL MANA’s reputation and relationship with preferred clients, with the aim of securing businesses in KSA.

• Obtaining and maintaining clients in KSA, with key contacts and the current state of relationship. The Development Manager will strive to enhance and complement the existing relationship owned and maintained by the respective Country Manager and or RCA’s management.

• Developing and building upon client profiles and relationships.

• Responsible for seeking out new opportunities and new clients for RCA in KSA, including identifying potential partners where appropriate.

• To liaise with other RCA divisions to identify and develop new business opportunities for RCA.

• Assisting in carrying out risk assessments on new clients (including credit worthiness and payment reputation) as well as on project opportunities.

• Producing regular (at least monthly) business development reports, including relevant business development performance ratios (success/failure rate for tenders, etc) with the Country Manager’s input as necessary.

• Establishing and maintaining a business opportunity tracking system.

• Maintaining a mailing database of clients and key third party firms.

 

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the Construction industry and minimum of 5 years’ experience in Business Development.

• Candidate must have a BA or BSc, preferably in Engineering or Business Management.

• Must be able to provide an active network of contacts from various disciplines across the engineering sector.

• Understanding of KSA market.

• Good network with the Construction Industry in KSA.

• Having experience is new market entrants, and market penetration will be an advantage.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, organizational skills, and ability to maintain working files and revisions of documents.

• Writing, computer, and presentation skills at an exceptional level.

• Bilingual communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential
